New Year, New Career. Flora-Bama Job Fair Hiring 200 Employees.

Friday, February 14th and Saturday, February 15th from 10am – 4pm, Flora-Bama will be hosting a job fair seeking to hire more than 200 positions across their five businesses: Flora-Bama, Flora-Bama Liquor & Lotto, Flora-Bama Yacht Club, Flora-Bama Ole River Grill, & Flora-Bama Marina. Managers from each business and department will be on site doing open interviews and fulfilling jobs that day! Training will start soon after hiring to get a jump-start on the 2025 season. It is highly recommended that all interested applicants go to www.florabama.com/application and apply online in advance. Please note the job postings will not be available online until the week of the job fair. Applications will also be on site and all hires are contingent upon a clean background check and must be able to provide documentation to establish identity and employment authorization. Some positions may have specific age requirements, as required by state law. Available positions include: Server, Busser, Bartender, Hostess, Food Runner, Dishwasher, Cook, Kitchen Prep, Gift Shop, Liquor Store, Special Event Support, Customer Service, Door Staff, Maintenance and more.

Flora-Bama has a special focus on hiring back-of-house restaurant employees and offers competitive wage incentives to fill these roles. Starting wages are as follows - $18/hour for dishwashers, $20/hour for prep cooks and oyster shuckers, and $22/hour for line cooks.
